Hey Marty, a few questions. 1) Your album is coming out I know later this year but is there a chance those shows from new year's eve and day will be available on dvd or cd anytime or were those intended for those who were there only? 2) If the opportunity ever presented itself and you could do a reunion tour with nick menza, david ellefson and dave mustaine for in my opinion the greatest megadeth foursome ever, would you? 3) I heard awhile ago that toward the end of the risk tour you had gotten sick. Was that serious or were you attempting a quick exit from the band? Thanks.

1. I have yet to hear the tapes of the orchestra shows. If I approve them, they may come out in the future.

2. Who knows? (I know...lame answer) I`m already playing with 2 members now, and I have nothing at all against Mustaine and would be happy to hear any ideas he may have.

3. I quit in Nov.`99, but agreed to stay on the tour til March `03. We had 2 days off for Christmas, I wound up in the emergency room with exhaustion on that break and decided that if we could get a replacement sooner than March, I wanted out sooner than later. The music was bumming me out mentally more than anything. Al came in and learned so fast and did so well that I was able to leave on Jan. 11, my last show being in Seattle. My guru told me that the negative imagery in the music was getting me down to such a low that I myself didn`t even know what was going on. As soon as I removed myself from that `death and evil! monsters!` environment, the next thing you know I was healthier and happier than ever, working on some cool music. And there you have it!
