hey marty, first of all congrats on your success. i am also a guitar player and ive had some problems with improvisation.
i know all of my scales but when i improvise, i seem to keep getting back into sort of a box pattern or keep repeating certain licks that i have master'd. i try to use arpeggios to get out of it but i keep on coming back to them. so what should i do? i had to ask you this because you are in my opinion the most flexible guitar player because you use the whole neck. |
