hi marty! man i just need this to be answered! ok so theres this guy in my band that is the singer and acoustic player. hes good but ever since hes been with his girlfriend hes SUPER IRRESPONSABLE!! and every show we have to go to hes allways ALLWAYS late one time the appointment was at 5 and it was 7:30 and he didnt appear so we got to his house and he was sleeping... so if u have some solution to this problem i will appreciate it million times! i mean i dont want to get him out of the band but thing have got pretty hard these last days! so if you have some advice that you could give me i will again appreciate it a million times!! thanks and yeah i love your music!

There is ALWAYS at least one of these guys in every amateur band. When money becomes involved, these guys usually get weeded out. So, the sooner you dump this loser, the sooner you will start on your way to becoming professional. Good luck.
