Hello Marty! I have more than one question. (1)Your opinion on recording solos, piece by piece, in the studio. Do you think it's alright(sonically/ethically etc)? (2)Around the time when you were playing for Cacophony, were there any guitarists who you were scared could play circles around you? Can you name a few(if any)? I am obviously talking about guitarists who were approximately your age at that time. (3)Can you sing? :p

1. There are no `ethics`when it comes to playing guitar! I will do literally anything that has to be done to get the perfect take down on tape. 2. What does `play circles around` mean and why should one be scared? There may be more well-rounded, faster, cleaner, players out there, but I encourage good players rather than fear them...At the end of the day all any player has is his own style. 3. Just a shade better than mediocre.
