this is about your girlfriends. did you ever lose focus because of a girl? did a girl ever motivate you?

I know that I should be more concerned about myself and focus on my goals. Ive been getting my focus and my drive for music back. My girlfriend says she is pregnant, and I do not believe in abortion. do you think its possible to raise a kid, learn, perform and get noticed as a guitar player? will I be able to do what I love? you know I could do the easy thing and leave her behind, forget about the kid and just focus on my future, but im not that kind of person.

This happens all of the time with anyone doing anything.

Sure it`s possible! It certainly will not be any easier though. It is very important that if you make the major decision to raise the child that you do not resent that child for distracting you from your dreams and goals. It is not the child`s fault. To bring a child into the world is the biggest responsibility there is and should only be done if that is your top priority. Give it serious thought, and best of luck.
