Marty, could you please answer these questions:
1. Do you find Slash's solo in 'Sweet child of mine' to be somewhat Marty-like in style. And if so, how do you feel about it?
2. Do you have any special way of relaxing your fingers before a show for better control?
3. Do you see yourself more as a hard rock lead guitar hero, or as a part of pop-culture. Which side of you is more dominant?

1) Come to think of it, you may be right. When it comes to bluesy stuff, we both play a lot more aggressive than most, I believe.
2) That kind of thing is not neccesary. Either you are prepared or not.
3) I`m just a musician trying to make the best music I`m able to.
