I have kept up with ya ever since Cacophony! oh well what ever I know ya hear that all the time. been playin around 20 grueling years most of them rewarding. at times I am a fan of my own playing at times I wish I had never started I am obsessed. anyway I jsut bought the new DVD instructional "secret phrases" I found out about this at musicians inst. website. It took me I guess 15 seconds to decide yep I am ordering. anxiously awaiting I get the DVD with a big goofy smile on my face I sneak home to my studio. to check out the DVD. VERY PROFESSIONAL! NICE VIDEO QUALITY!NICE VIEWING OPTIONS SUCH AS LOOP A LICK! DISTORTION ON OR OFF! WOW! NEVER SAW THAT OFFERED ONANY OF MY OTHER MILLION INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL! I am watching the DVD I am lovin it. 1 lick 2 lick 3 lick this is fun fun fun. still got the goofy smile of my face. BUT THEN I SUDDENLY REALIZE. WHERES THE MUSIC NOTATION OR TAB. WHAT? YA GOTTA BE KIDDIN ME NO TAB NOT EVEN MUSIC NOTATION? a video DVD of this quality? from such a PRO? I have been playin like I said 20 long years I can play I would appreciate the music or tab without it I am annoyed! My friend fellow guitar slinger this is 2005! All lessons offer both music or tab this day and time. I am taken aback to cheaper videos of the last 10 or so years CMON!!!!!!!!!!!

The idea is to get you to use your eyes and ears. Everything is played so slow, and repeats infinitely, if one were to still need to have it spelled out for them in tab how will that person be able to function in the real world of music? Wean yourself off tab! Now is the time! Develop your ears!
