Back in 2000, Megadeth.com had a huge online auction. I was fortunate to obtain a 1998 Alvarez Yairi KOA
Acoustic/Electric guitar. I was told the guitar belonged to Dave, but the initials M.F. appear next to
guitar case lock. I contacted the Alvarez factory but they were unable to help me. Can you shed some light
on this for me? I tried desperately to get info from individuals in the Deth Camp, guess they were too
busy! Anyway, thanks for your time!

Since I endorse St. Louis Music and they have supplied me with several Alvarez acoustics, chances are pretty good that if the case said MF, that it was in fact my guitar, I'm not sure if that's the case (no pun intended) but if it was I certainly don't think it's cool for anyone to first of all sell one of my instruments without my permission, and second of all misrepresenting who was the actual owner of the guitar. I'm sure there is an explanation...Thanx for the letter.
