Hope ur hale and hearty and as much busy working ...... well I won't be wasting too much of ur precious time but I think as agreat fan of yours, I think u r just the right person to whom I can ask and get solved my problems regarding music and things relavant...Pliz Marty can u give me some suggestion or say help me configured an affordable rack system for my guitar i.e. an Ibanez RG while keeping the cost to a reasonable level. I'm still a student and would like to spend my hard earned and saved bucks worth the investment.I will be immensedly honoured if u do reply me...Thanks so much great musician.

Racks are not cheap or practical. Get a good solid amp, Crate works for me, Boogies are good as well. Get a simple effects unit like the Boss gt-6 which I use. Unless you are in U2 where you need hundreds of custom expensive tones, a simple rig will be more than enough for you. Good luck.
