Anyway, my question is, could you always come up with melodies such as the one in "Melodic Control", C, Em, Am, G, F then the melody and the descending Am pentatonic (I think). Or did you have to learn to do that, as you would learn specific songs? (I think it would sound nice played like an orchestra)
My other question is, were you always so "enlightened"? I read your answers to questions and you always change my mind about things, (unless I already thought about it the way you did) Sounding good is more important than speed, technique etc. Other peoples playing, no matter how much I don't like it, doesn't affect mine, so if I don' t like it, don't listen to it. I hope I grow up to be alot like you. |

I started out the same as anyone else, with no idea how to make melodies or even hold a pick. The more you play music, little by little you slowly figure out how to do it better. It's not rocket science. Compared to building a highway or an airplane, it's a piece of cake. Like anything, the more you do it, the better you get. |
