First off, Your the most amazing guitarist ever. You have made a large contributiuon to music and no one will ever have as much style in their music as you. Anyway, my question is , a friend of mine told me that if you used active pickups you would get better output and the distorition would be smoother. I don't know because i've never heard them used (that i know of) but i was wondering if this is true and if there are any problems that can arise when using active pickups?
