I just wanted to ask you if you think your die hard fans in India are any less deserving than your white fans in the West.
What is it that keeps you away from touring India and giving thousands and thousands and thousands of your fans in the subcontinent the opportunity of watching you play LIVE!!!
Let me tell you, some of the most loyal Rock and Heavy Metal music fans of this world live in India. We understand and are more well read about this music than most people around the world.
We know all about you. We are crazy about your music be it with CACOPHONY, be it with MEGADETH or be it your SOLO career. And I am simply amazed about the fact that your are a guy whose played stuff like SPEED METAL SYMPHONY, RUST IN PEACE on one side and SCENES on the other. SCENES made me go nuts.
Come over to India Marty...here we have the tradition of bending down and touching the feat of our teachers and seniors...you are a teacher to a whole generation of guitarists...you are held in great reverence here...
I have gathered a lot of courage to request you to come and play in India coz my friends here said Marty will not bother to come to India. I hope you will prove them wrong.

Please do reply to my question and also tell me how can I come over and watch you record your new album whenever that's due. That will be a dream come true for me - TO WATCH YOU RECORD AND PLAY IN YOUR STUDIO...WOW!!!

Thank you very much for your kind words, but I resent your insinuation that there are racist reasons for not visiting your country. The main and only reason for not visiting India is the fact that I have yet to receive a proper offer from a proper event promoter in your country. I would love to go there and play for all of you and experience one of the most interesting cultures in the world, I hope it will happen someday!
