Hey Marty what's going on?

I was just wondering, since I've read about Mike Varney being a prick a couple of times , how do feel about the guy? Is the Shrapnel label really that bad?

The only people who badmouth Varney are people he has refused to sign, or guitarists with absolutely unrealistic ideas about the appeal of 'guitar music'. Varney is a one of a kind, fabulous guy to whom myself and many others owe a great deal, because let's face it, who else is going to release a record like Cacophony??? Who?
