how you do come up with fresh ideas in making your solo's sings,and how do you practice?

I don't practice, per se, but I am constantly making music, live concerts, rehearsals, studio recording, producing, so during the course of all that I wind up learning as I go and continuing to improve at those things. I get fresh ideas by always keeping my ear open to new music of all kinds.
