I just wondered if while in Cacophony either you or Jason listened to Megadeth a lot?
When I listen to some of your old stuff (Especially the songs written for Perpetual Burn) it sounds really f*ckin heavy! did the early Megadeth/Metallica stuff inspire that in anyway?

Oddly enough, no! Jason wasn't even into metal. He had never even heard of Rush or Deep Purple at the time! I was into metal, but more of the NWOBHM like Praying Mantis, Angel Witch and Raven.
