hey man. im a 17 year old guitarist from scotland.(no kilt though.)an up where i live musicians that play "popular"instruments are to say the least few an far between. i was just wondering where you first met like minded musicains, an if in your travels you know of any hot spots for musicians of both metal and perhaps fusion of more national music... p.s. been learning your guitar solo from tornado of souls. mesmorises me every time i hear it. one question though, there is a fast passage near the end of the solo that im not sure of. is it tapped or hammered, cos if its hammered you have one hell of a reach...cheers hamish

Scotland is a pretty cool place, but you might have better luck finding more diverse musicians in London. Usually musos who are determined to 'make it' in the music business make all the necessary sacrifices and wind up in the big cities. Best of Luck.
