You're one of my favorite guitarists and I would like to thank you for making such great music. I have been listening to you since "Rust in Peace". A few months ago, I have bought 2 Cacophony albums (which are very hard to find in Belgium) . I have just bought "Scenes" and I'm really amazed. It sounds so different from "the normal music" but it sounds so GREAT! What kind of scales did you use on that album to create such a sphere?

If you notice, I don't play much 'scales'. I pretty much stick to melodies, themes and basic chord progressions. I don't know the names of scales, because I play by ear. I know my intervals pretty well, though.
