No offense dude. But, I have been getting turned off by you lately. First off, Al Pitrelli IS superior talented to you. You have ADVANCED talent, not superior. As Dave Mustaine CLEARLY STATED in a magazine article right after the release of TWNAH, I think it was parade magazine or something...the full vision of megadeth IS Dave Mustaine, Al Pitrelli, David Ellefson, and Jimmy Degrasso. Also, here is a quote from Dave Mustaine in an interview that he did also after TWNAH was released, "Right now, Al's finally being recognized for his SUPERIOR talent as a guitar player. He is clicking musically and personally in the band. I think we've definately reached a place where we're in stride right now. I think that everyone did go the extra mile on the new album. They dfinately enjoyed themselves on this record." Its funny, as simple a solo as the one Al did in the song "promises" on TWNAH, it conveys a deeper sentiment than anything you ever did with Megadeth. Dave Mustaine will probably change the band name megadeth and reform the original lineup, but guess what, that DOESN'T include YOU. Dave Mustaine made it crystal clear AGAIN in his dave speaks column on the official megadeth.com website, "...it takes time to turn the bow of a ship around". MEANING...if you can't figure it out already, after the abomination that was the risk album, its going to take time for Dave Mustaine to get back to his hard-rocking roots. Geez, is it any coincidence that Jimmy Degrasso is a hard rock legend drummer, and Al Pitrelli is a superior talented rock guitarist. Hence, his hot licks instructional guitar video, "applied theory for rock guitar and BEYOND". BEYOND means superior to exotic metal. Everything you do is exotic metal. Are you at all familiar with the career of Al Pitrelli. He is far more versatile a guitar player than you, and he is well-known in the guitar industry for the original and creative licks that he comes up with. I can't stand your new album, "music for speeding", simply because the song titles and the music are too sensual. I question your sexuality. You have pictures of half-naked women on your official website. Your new album is far too sensual for my taste, and I'll be damned if I'm going to let my children listen to that crap. Don't you think that Dave Mustaine came up with inspired material for the next album, while on the TWNAH world tour. Guess what, he did. Jimmy Degrasso eluded to it when megadeth was on VH-1's the rock show. Jimmy in plain english, said that they had most of the material written for the next album. And Dave Mustaine made it perfectly ClEAR that the next album would be, musically, more inspired than TWNAH, which he also made perfectly clear, was just a transitional album. If you want to go on thinking that true megadeth rock is blood of heros, I say, go on deluding yourself. The more happy I will be when Dave and David get back with Al and Jimmy, the TRUE original megadeth lineup. Let's see if your man enough to post this question to you? |
