hello, marty! i've been willing to ask you this since some time ago. i frequently record guitar tracks and do a lot of takes to fix the mistakes until the track is perfectly played. after a while, i find myself having difficulty playing easy stuff. then, i realize my hands are tired. the problem is that i get tired when my creative juices are on fire! if i stop, i lose that state of concentration/inspiration. got any tips? thanks much!

I think the answer lies outside music and within your overall health-try looking at your diet, exercise habits and overall stamina and see if there is anything that can be improved. Good luck!
