Mr. Friedman. Just curious about the early part of your music career. Did you ever struggle financially keeping afloat and have to work part time or full time jobs along with playing music to pay the bills, or were you always able to have music pay the way? If not, what kind of jobs did you have?

I never had a real job, but I did teach guitar a little bit, and even give seminars once in a while. Ironically the people attending these lectures were doubtlessly better off than I was. It was like, if you guys practice real hard, you can be broke like me...
